Trista K. Carlisle

Legal Secretary - Office Manager

Trista's professional journey reflects her life’s journey: one of steadfast initiative built upon a deep commitment to care for those lucky enough to be within her orbit, mixed with the loving patience of a caring mother. Born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago, Trista developed early roots in community and faith. As a young adult, she was actively involved in her church youth group and choir; experiences that helped cultivate her strong communication skills, reliability, and team-oriented mindset.

Trista quickly distinguished herself in the legal field through her professionalism, efficiency, and eagerness to learn. She gained firsthand exposure to law firm operations by managing client intake, coordinating vendors, and supporting billing processes. She soon found herself managing case files, coordinating litigation calendars, and assisting with court filings and client communications.

She now manages complex calendars and caseloads, coordinates depositions, mediations, and court filings while maintaining consistent communication with clients, courts, carriers, and legal professionals. Her comprehensive knowledge of legal procedure makes her an indispensable asset to her team.

Known for her professionalism, dependability, and self-motivated approach, Trista brings a positive and solutions-oriented mindset to every aspect of her work. Outside of her career, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and young son, prioritizing family and creating meaningful experiences together. Trista’s story is one of steady advancement guided by curiosity, strengthened by experience, and grounded in a genuine commitment to excellence in both her professional and personal life.
