Mediation

As Mediators, our firm naturally focuses on how to reach a mutually agreed resolution of any dispute, whether it be an appellate issue, construction dispute, contract disagreements, injury claims, product liability claims, premises liability claims, or real estate conflicts. We take great pride in dedicating ourselves to the ethical practice of law, championing professionalism within our legal community, and exhibiting respect towards all of our colleagues, no matter the situation. We navigate the complexities of each case, promoting open communication and helping parties reach mutually beneficial solutions.

Rely on us to get your next mediation across the finish-line.

"Be the best version of the lawyer that you can be."

"Keep your Mediation Statements concise."

Mediation is well suited for many claims because it is:

  • Informal. The process is informal and flexible. We can talk straight and get to the point.

  • Confidential. Mediation is a confidential process. Let's talk candidly. The mediators will never disclose information revealed during the mediation unless you agree. The sessions are not tape-recorded or transcribed.

  • Quick and Inexpensive. Mediation takes little time to complete, allows for an earlier solution, and ultimately allows the parties to get on with their business and their lives.

  • Greater Degree of Control. Mediation is your time to take control of your future and negotiate your own settlement to conclude your dispute. Parties have an equal say in the process. There is no determination of fault, but rather, the parties reach a mutually agreeable resolution to their conflict.

  • Mutually Satisfactory Results. Our experience is that parties are generally more satisfied with resolving their matters when they have had a hand in reaching that resolution as opposed to allowing 6 or 12 strangers in a jury box, that aren't necessarily happy about being there, decide their fate.
